FAQs

What are the deposit costs?…

There is a $300.00 Non-Refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. If you let us know that you are no longer able to get the puppy you originally reserved, BEFORE the puppy turns 8 weeks old, your deposit can be transferred to a different puppy.

When is the balance due?…

The deposit goes towards the total price. The rest of the balance is due at pickup (delivery cost included, if applicable), paid in full and cash only.

What are the prices of the puppies?…

Contact us for pricing through our Facebook or Email (Facebook and Email are in the ‘Contact’ tab at the top of the page). The price of the puppy depends on the breed, disposition, color, size, and gender.

What should I feed my new puppy?…

Our puppies are either on Diamond Puppy food or Science Diet Puppy food. Please ask us before purchasing the food for your new puppy!

Is there a warranty?…

Yes! Please refer to the Health Guarantee tab to read our warranty.

Will you ship a puppy to me?…

We do not ship our puppies.

Can I visit the puppies before purchase?…

We do not allow visitors at our home. We can send additional pictures and videos of the puppy you are interested in. We can also help you decide based on temperament and personality. If our schedule allows, we can meet in person with 2-3 puppies for you to choose from. We do require a non-refundable deposit beforehand that will go toward the puppy you choose.

What should I get for my new puppy?…

We recommend buying toys, bowls, open-wire crates, brushes, nail clippers, collars, leashes, and the dog food mentioned above.

When and Where will I get my new puppy?…

We will schedule a time that is good for both party’s. We meet in Sherman, TX or Durant, OK for pickup.

Can I return a puppy?…

We advise that you know what you are getting into and the responsibilities you have to take on when adopting a new puppy. It would also help us for you to share any information that you feel we need to know upfront, so we can place the right puppy with you. If allergies are a problem, make sure a new puppy will not make your allergies worse before committing to buying one. One way to test your allergies is to ‘puppy sit’ someone’s dog (that’s the same breed you are wanting), to see if it will work out for you.
